Ingredients:

360g Garlic (8 bulbs)

400g Ginger

1/3 cup oil for each blend

1 tsp salt for each blend

    19. Also a little trick to peel your garlic is to put it in a closed jar and shake it for about a minute and the peel comes right off

    20. When I first saw this I thought it would be the powdered form and not the liquid. Everyone can do this but not everyone knows how to do the powder method

    28. I usually make a paste of both together (with a pinch of turmeric like I learned from an Indian lady ) but will try your method. Saves so much time!

    32. Excellent๐Ÿ‘๐ŸพTo peel your garlic fast, press the flat side of a large knife against your garlic clove on a flat surface – the action crushes it and makes the skin come right out. You can also shake rigorously in a covered aluminum/stainless steel bowl. I love making my garlic and ginger paste, definitely saves alot of time. Thanks for sharing! ๐ŸงกSholz
