    17. Lovely. Can you make food without adding salt or Bouilion? By Using different spices so the brain don't notice the need for salt? This is good to rediscover how meals were made before we discovered salt and Bouilion. I think salt and Bouilion is causing a lot of health problems for people. limit the oil to 2 table spoons only for this meal you would try. Thanks, I am looking forward to this.
