3 cups Plain flour

1/4 sugar (Adjust if necessary)

2 tsp Baking powder

2 tbsp butter

1 egg

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon powder

3/4 Milk low fat milk or water

1/2 tsp salt

      Can you add exact measurements like g/kg/ml/l? Many of us are not familiar with cups and other technical lingos used by professional chefs.

    25. Your voice is quite soothing and love the straight forward ness of your recipes. Would be nice to use grams for measurements though cos find the cup thing differs for various ingredients and could botch a recipe. Also can I use half full milk and half water since I don’t have skimmed milk?
