2 big red bell peppers

2-3 scotch bonnet

I wish I had paid more attention the men cooked all the food and the taste is in my mind, but getting the stock fish, smoked shrimp and other ingredients seems impossible where I live. 😭 So I just browse YouTube till one wonderful day I see someone make this amazing dish I am craving.
