Ingredients:
4 Chicken leg quarters (soft chicken)
Carrots
Potatoes
1 tbsGarlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Oregano
1 tbs Onion Powder
1 tbsp Chicken seasoning
/Stock cubes (I used Knorr Chicken Bouillon cubes)
Salt to taste
Oven temperature: 170Β°C / 340Β°F

Okay, so I must just say thank you for this recipe. I made this to the "T" the other night and let me tell you, my husband couldn't get enough. He brought home some take away fish and chips and it was just too little for us and I decided to make the chicken recipe. He reckoned when I started preparing the dish that he won't eat much, but let me tell you, once he started eating he couldn't stop, 3 pieces of chicken later hahaha! I added in some mealies (corn on the cob cut into smaller portions) and OMW it was amazing. I'm going to make it again this week! πππ

I made mine and it was all burnt and dry. Meanwhile it took a whole day before the potatoes could get well cooked and done. In the end everything became so burnt and dry.
Please, help me out.
1. How did you get it to me very moist and beautiful after baking.
2. How do you measure your preheated oven? Mine has no measurements. It only has a timer.
3. How do you stop it from getting burnt?

amazing recipe ! you can even add sweet potatoes and gloves of garlic with it. it will give a nice flavor. from my side I skip the oil to reduce the calories. chicken releases some fluids so no need for oil. I also remove the skin and the fat from the chicken legs before cooking.
